FOR A TOURIST

• PASSPORT COPY
• VISIT VISA COPY / ON ARRIVAL VISA STAMP.
• VALID INTERNATIONAL DRIVING LICENSE –

VISITORS FROM EUROPEAN & GCC COUNTRIES CAN DRIVE ON THEIR HOME COUNTRY DRIVING LICENSE ON VISIT VISA.)

* WE need 1 of the original documents for physical verification.( either Passport -either Emirates ID)
Do I have to bring my passport?

For all UAE residents, a copy of the passport (photo ID page and visa page) should be provided at the time of rental. For tourists and visitors, a valid UAE entry visa must be stamped in the passport. For residents renting group G, H, I, L and N vehicles, it is mandatory to present the original passport prior to renting.

What payment methods do you accept?

A valid credit card in the primary driver\'s name is required for any vehicle rental. At the time of rental, an authorisation will be obtained on your credit card based on estimated rental charges and excess. The credit card must have sufficient credit to cover all charges related to the rental.

Major credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. Please note that debit cards are not accepted.

How far in advance do I need to book the car?

Ideally you should book your car as soon as possible to avoid non availability.

Is there any insurance?

We provide fully insured vehicles for the safety and due care of all our customer’s. We want you to feel safe when driving around the roads of Dubai, or other Emirates! We can at a small fee add Collision Damage Waiver which means that in the event of an accident, the renter is responsible for up to the specified amount as indicated on the contract for repair to or replacement of the vehicle or part thereof (or the cost of damage to repair, whichever is the lowest at time of quotation).

When will the balance amount be due?

The balance payment is due prior to handelling the key and should be made payable in form of cash or credit card only.

Is there anything for child and car safety?

Child safety seats are available on request although no Sinatra Staff are allowed to fir these seats it is the renters responsibility to make sure their child is secured safely.

Satellite Navigation can be hired on request for a minimal charge all of these units are updated regularly.
